    "Thank you for choosing Artistic Spa for your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your reservation. Please note that a  50% cancellation fee will be charged for any services that are changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Additionally, if you do not show up for your appointment, the full appointment price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
