Spa Etiquette

Whether you are experienced or receiving a spa treatment for the first time, here’s some tips for your first visit to Artistic Esthetic Spa.
  • Spa Reservation

    Although no advance deposit is required, we will need a credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your spa reservation. We accept MasterCard or Visa.

  • Spa Arrival

    Your time with us is precious. Your treatments begin exactly at your appointment time. Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 15 minutes before your appointment so you can complete all paper work before your appointment time.

  • Tranquility

    Be mindful of other guests’ space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our spa is a place where many guests savor a much-needed moment to relax.

  • What to Wear

    Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Many guests ask us if they should bring anything in particular, especially when they are having a massage. The answer is simple. We are fully equipped to satisfy the needs of every guest. You may want to be partially clothed or totally nude under the massage sheet. It’s all up to you.

  • Cell Phones and Tablets

    Please turn your cell phones and tablet volume off. The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet.

  • Parking

    Spa parking is available for your appointment time only, it is located at the back of Artistic Spa. Please sign your vehicle in and out at the guest services counter.

  • Children

    We love kids, but the Spa is a place where Moms and Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries. So please, make baby-sitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. Spa services are offered to children, however a parental guardian must be present for any services provided to children under 16.

  • Sanitation Practice

    Best Sanitary Practices:

    -All non-disposable implements are sterilized in a medical grade autoclave.  Single use disposable protocol of items such as files, cuticle sticks and buffers.


    -Through out the spa we have installed a Lifebreath HEPA air-purifying ventilation system that remoaves 99.97% of health-threating particles from the air.


    -Hand sanitizer is widely available in the spa as well as anti-bacterial soap.


    -Guest are required to wear masks in common areas. All staff are required to wear appropriate PPE .


    -Health screening for all staff and guest before entering the spa.

  • Health Problems and Comfort Level

    Please notify your Guest Reservationists before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure or any other physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff in advance so we may provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure and product of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address, please inform the technician. Heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant women and guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please speak to a guest reservationist with in the required time period prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 50% full payment for services not cancelled.

    • Spa Service Cancellation - We require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your reservation, A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
    • Medical Service Cancellation - We require 48 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your spa day or any of the services requested as part of. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
    • Spa Day Cancellation - We require 48 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your spa day or any of the services requested as part of. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
    • Spa Party Cancellation - We require 72 hrs notice to reschedule, change or cancel your spa day or any of the services requested as part of. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 72 hours. Please inform all your guests of our spa policy.
    • Spa Group Events Cancellation - We require 2 weeks notice to reschedule, change or cancel your spa day or any of the services requested as part of. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 2 weeks. Please inform all your guests of our spa policy.
  • Personal Articles

    We’re sorry, but we are not responsible for any lost, forgotten, damaged, or stolen personal articles.

  • Shaving

    For Laser Hair Removal we recommend shaving 24hrs prior to your service. Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four (4) hours prior to your service. For the Artistic Airbrush Tan, we recommended that you do not shave for a full (24) hours prior to service. For Laser Hair Removal we do recommend shaving (24) hours prior to your service.

  • Payment

    We accept VISA, Master Card, Costco Gift Cards and Artistic Spa Gift Cards. In order to redeem a gift certificate, it must be presented at the time of your service.

  • Gratuities

    In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.


    Gift Cards/Certificates cannot be used for gratuities.
