Reservation Policy

Booking Your Appointment


We recommend booking 2 weeks in advance.


Reservation Deposit

50% deposit may be required to reserve your appointment time. This is fully refundable providing you cancel your appointment within the time required.

 

Accepted Forms of Deposit

Visa or MasterCard deposits are accepted through our online booking or with a spa reservationist.

Gift Cards, Visa or Master Card deposits are accepted in our Artistic Spa App (available in the app store.)

 

Group Reservation

For groups with 12 or more service hours, we require a 50% credit card deposit at the time of booking the reservation. 



Canceling, Modifying or Changing an Appointment Reservation


We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice so we can offer your reserved time to another guest. 


To prevent missed appointments our booking system will send two reminders, one by text and one through email, both contain a easy link to cancel or change your appointment.  Please make sure your contact information is up to date, and your permissions are set to receive text and email reminders.


Note:  If you’ve booked on behalf of someone else, we kindly ask that you take responsibility for any changes or cancellations to that reservation.


For Individual Appointments, 2 hours or less:

If you need to reschedule, modify, or cancel your individual appointment, we appreciate at least 48 hours' notice.


For Appointments,  3 hours or more:

If you need to reschedule, modify, or cancel your individual appointment, we appreciate at least 72 hours' notice.


For Group Reservations:

For group bookings totalling 12 or more service hours, we require 7 days’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This helps us ensure proper staffing and preparation for your group’s experience.



Late Changes, Cancellation or No Show Fee


Late Changes and Cancellation Fee:

Appointments changed or canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and efficiently.


No-Show Fee:
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 
100% of the reserved service.
